Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, says it is time for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to come up with a strategy to wrestle power from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

According to him, the party will do everything it can to take over in 2019. The governor said this after a closed-door meeting with the party’s presidential flag-bearer, Atiku Abubakar. He also called on the party’s chieftains to rally round the flag-bearer ahead of the general elections.
