The traditional ruler of Long Dorok Chiefdom in Shendam Local Government Area of Plateau State, David Isa, has been kidnapped by unidentified gunmen. According to the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mr Tyopev Mathias, the kidnappers attacked the residence of the Second-Class Chief of Dorock Kingdom on Monday 19/11/2018 and whisked him away to an unknown destination.

The police have since set up a search and rescue team for the traditional ruler.
