Ex-Militants Association Warns INEC, Security Personnel against Election Rigging
The South- South Wing of Ex-agitators (SSWA) through its National Coordinator, on Monday 11th February 2019, sent out warnings to the Military, INEC and security personnel in the country, against compromising results of the Saturday election polls in favor of the incumbent President, who also doubles as the APC Presidential candidate. The caveat was given on grounds that each aspirant is given equal ground to run, or watch the country plunder into “untold anarchy.”
Further, the group urged the people of the South-South and largely, Nigeria, to come out in droves to vote for the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, who in their opinion, would turn the poor situations in Nigeria for good within a short period of time upon entry. Likewise, they urged all to remain at the voting polls to watch their vote get counted, adding that the process would be properly monitored and conducted by International bodies.
